Welcome to CareDoingSM (https://www.caredoing.com, the "Site"). CareDoing is owned and operated by MILA Research & Advisory, LLC ("MILA," "we," "us," or "our"), a company organized under the laws of the State of New York. Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site.
CareDoing is an educational resource platform currently in development. Additional features, content, and tools will be added over time. These Terms will be updated accordingly, and we will notify users of material changes. If we introduce user accounts, community features, or interactive services, additional terms may apply and will be presented at that time.
CareDoing provides educational resources, tools, and information designed to help caregivers of adult loved ones navigate multiple areas of caregiving. CareDoing is an educational platform only.

By using the Site, accessing any resources, or submitting your information through any form on the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, as amended from time to time. If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the Site immediately.
The site is intended for users aged 18 or older. By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
We own or license all intellectual property on the Site—including text, graphics, photographs, images, videos, source code, databases, functionality, website design, resource packets, worksheets, and other materials (collectively, the "content").

You may not reproduce, copy, republish, aggregate, post, upload, translate, encode, transmit, sell, license, or create derivative works from any Content or Marks for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without prior written permission from MILA Research & Advisory, LLC. You may send your request for written permission to hello@caredoing.com.
If we ever provide written permission for the use of any part of our Content or Marks, you must identify us as the owners or licensors of the content or marks and ensure that copyright notices are visible.
Any breach of our intellectual property & trademark rights will constitute a material breach of our Terms of Use and will result in the termination of your right to use our Site, Content, and Marks.
All content on the Site is proprietary and protected by copyright law. The use of any site content for the purpose of training, developing, fine-tuning, or improving artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), or large language model (LLM) systems is strictly prohibited without the express prior written consent of MILA Research & Advisory, LLC.
You may not use any automated tool, bot, scraper, spider, crawler, or other automated means to access, collect, copy, or extract any content or data from the Site for any purpose, including but not limited to AI training, data aggregation, or competitive analysis. You also may not circumvent any technical measures we use to protect the Site or its content. CareDoing believes in transparency. In the future, the site may include affiliate marketing links—meaning that if you click on certain links and make a purchase, CareDoing may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.
When affiliate links are present, they will be clearly disclosed. CareDoing will only recommend products, services, and resources that we genuinely believe provide value to caregivers. Affiliate relationships do not influence the editorial content or educational integrity of our resources.
